Roll packing machine is to do bundle packaging of 4~12 rolls, can be connected with roll cutting machine in the front.
There are two types for your reference: 4~7 packs/min., 7~13packs/min.
As a semi-automatic machine, it needs worker to put the ready-made bag onto the exit of output.
Machine Features:
l Connected with log saw, transfer the toilet paper rolls by conveyor, and feed the rolls into bag, then seal automatically, but need one worker to slide the PE bag manually onto the exit of machine
l With advanced PLC programmable controller, set the parameters on LCD easily. Adopt water cooling device to realize precise temperature control and protect both of heating coil and heat-resistant tapes
l Imported major components allow our machine to work steadily, efficiently, and long lasting too.
